Each connector product needs to have a durable terminal. The main function of the terminal is to establish electrical connection by terminating the conductor.
Four issues to consider when pairing connectors and terminals:
1. Consider the wire gauge problem when the connector is paired with the terminal.
2. Consider the size of the screw or stud when the connector is paired with the terminal.
3. Consider the electrical output when the connector is paired with the terminal.
4. The thickness of the insulation layer when the connector is paired with the terminal shall be considered, because the insulation layer can protect against corrosion or moisture and ensure its reliability.
